Summer is my favorite season but fall is a close second. The world seems to be a different color. The golden hues, the way the sun touches everything -- it's like a huge giant hug. Even if the temperatures haven't lowered, there's still something in the air that reads fall. Somehow, there's still a crispness.

For our family, fall means staying out a little later because it's finally tolerable to be outside. We step outside a bit more; early evening park trips because the weather is the PERFECT temperature and outings to the pumpkin patch right before bedtime. Life seems slow. We aren't racing to be anywhere; we're simply enjoying the company of each other. But still, it's not so much that I love what we're doing but how we're doing it. Liam is such a sponge these days and me and Thomas tread carefully knowing our every move is being watched. He's become super affectionate these days and I can't help but smile knowing that we must be doing something right. He is quick to forgive, give hugs and kisses, does random cuddles in piles of hay and holds my hand everywhere we go. We're heading into a busy season and I don't want to forget to see everything. You know what I mean? The sweet words, the prayers, the snuggles, the love he has to give--all the good stuff. I don't want to miss any of it.

What does fall look like to you? Warby Parker introduced their Fall 2015 collection recently and it's so good! Best part about this company is for every pair of glasses sold, they donate to someone in need. They have a huge collection of prescription eyeglasses and sunglasses to choose from or if you're a hipster, you can get them non-prescription.

Happy Monday, friends!
