5 ways to pamper yourself for under $10

After being sick several days this week, I wanted to pamper myself. Husband was at work, Liam at daycare and I had the house to myself. This literally n.e.v.e.r. happens. I took full advantage and stayed in bed until 10am [what] and decided to put my body on the mend. The best part is all of these are under $10! You're welcome.

1. Take a bath.
Literally life changing when you don't feel your normal self. I've even gotten Thomas hooked on baths thanks to Dr. Teal's Ultra Moisturizing Mineral Soak. Pure magic in a bag. I don't know what's in this stuff but I am so relaxed when I bathe with this. Seriously the best. And it's less than $5!! Wanna get extra fancy? Throw some flower petals in.

2. Put a mask on it.
Face masks are a part of my weekly routine. I recently discovered the Que Bella brand at Target and I picked up several different masks but this refining mask is my favorite. Plus I can get a couple uses out of it and my skin feels great after!

3. Give yourself a mani/pedi.
Nothing makes me feel more pulled together than a good manicure. My current obsession is Essie Ballet Slippers--it's the perfect nude!

4. Use a facial mist.
Literally the easiest thing you can do for your face and it is so so refreshing. I love anything rose scented and this new toner mist I found from Boots Botanics is amaaaaze balls. I've been using it for several weeks now and notice such a huge difference in my complexion.

5. Do some yoga.
Not something you'd typically think of when wanting to pamper yourself but trust me! Yoga has transformed my life. Whether I want a good workout or just a good stretch, yoga is my favorite and most recent go-to. It centers myself and since I've been practicing it severals days a week, my flexibility has gotten so much better. It's weird how relaxed and energized I feel after I do a 30 minute session. Tone It Up and Fightmaster Yoga has my favorite yoga routines.
