I took Thomas to work today. Despite the 45 minute drive one way, we needed more time together. We just don't get enough of it these days. There's something about driving that mends my soul. I don't drive much any more. We sold the truck and have one car now, so when Thomas or I aren't at work, he drives. It's been an adjustment since I prefer to be the driver. But I got to drive today. Therapeutic. I took Malkin and because of traffic it took about an hour and a half to get home. I didn't mind one bit. Country music, a freeway, and singing do wonders.
