Update

In follow up to the last post, not a simple workout. Definitely not. Let's just say for a simple girl, that is a lot of push-ups. But it's over and I feel...good. Yes, that is what I feel.


In addition, my obsession with oatmeal has returned. And I may or may not eat it twice a day. No one said oatmeal for breakfast and lunch wasn't healthy.


And now, to reward myself with ice cream.
