Just a little inspiration...

...to keep my (and perhaps your) workouts going:

It takes four weeks to see your body changing. It takes 8 weeks for friends and family.

Crunches don't work as well as people think. Exercises that force you to brace your spine and pelvis activate more muscle fibers, which give you the definition you desire. (ie: plank)

Water increases your metabolism so if you're chronically dehydrated it can mean up to an 8 pound weight gain (or more) in a year.
My goal is to drink half my body weight a day in ounces. And people wonder why I have to pee so much!
